1. What is Conscious Coaching? 
Conscious Coaching is a transformational process that blends traditional coaching with mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness. It not only focuses on external goals but also uncovers inner patterns, beliefs, emotions, values, and soul callings to align your life with your authentic self.

2. How is Conscious Coaching  different from traditional coaching? 
While traditional coaching often emphasizes goal achievement and performance, Conscious Coaching goes deeper. It honors your external goals while also exploring the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers that influence your decisions and behavior. It is a holistic, soul-aligned approach.



3. What’s the difference between Life Coaching and Executive Coaching?
       Life Coaching focuses on personal development, purpose, emotional balance, habits, decision-making, and inner transformation.
   •    Executive Coaching supports leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in aligning their leadership with clarity, purpose, emotional intelligence, and vision.



4. Who is this coaching for? 
This coaching is for anyone on a path of personal or professional growth; entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, or individuals seeking purpose, clarity, and inner transformation. It’s especially supportive for those navigating transitions, aiming to reach goals, leadership roles, or inner challenges. I work with teens, adults, leaders, single mothers, entrepreneurs, and soul-seekers ready to evolve from within.

5. Does coaching replace therapy? 
No. While both can be transformative, coaching doesn’t treat mental health conditions and doesn’t replace clinical therapy. It’s best suited for emotionally stable individuals seeking clarity, direction, and conscious growth. It can complement therapy beautifully.

6. Is coaching the same as therapy? 
No. While both can be supportive, coaching focuses on the present and future, empowering you to take aligned action. Therapy often explores deeper psychological issues and past trauma. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

7. Do I need to have a specific goal to start? 
Not necessarily. Some clients arrive with a specific goal, others simply feel a call to grow or change, while others need to look deeper to find clarity. Wherever you are, coaching meets you there and helps you clarify your direction as the process unfolds.

8. What can I expect from a one-on-one session?
A safe space, deep guidance, active listening, and practical tools. We explore your visible goals and the unspoken truths beneath them. Each session becomes a bridge to clarity, truth, and conscious transformation which moves you closer to your goal.


9. Are the sessions in person or virtual?
Currently, all sessions are held virtually (Zoom, WhatsApp, or phone call) so we can work from anywhere.


10. Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our sessions is confidential. I provide a safe and private space for your growth, in line with my Privacy Policy. If you become a client, we also sign a Confidentiality Agreement to ensure full protection of your personal information.


11. How long does the coaching process last?
It depends on your needs. Some clients choose a short process (4-8 sessions), while others continue with long-term support. We’ll co-create the rhythm that suits your path. 

12. How often are the sessions? 
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability. The consistency supports momentum while allowing space for integration and action between sessions.

13. What is the usual length of a coaching session? 
The usual length of a coaching session is 60 minutes. However, depending on your needs, some sessions may be shorter (45 minutes) or extended to 75 for deep transformational work. This is decided during our first meeting. 

14. What languages are sessions offered in?
I offer coaching in both English and Spanish, tailored to your emotional language and comfort.

15. How do I know if Conscious Coaching is right for me? 
If you’re feeling stuck, called to grow, or seeking a more authentic, conscious way of living or leading, this may be the perfect time. A discovery session can help determine if it’s the right fit for your journey.

16. Is Conscious Coaching affiliated with any religion or denomination?
No. The principles of Conscious Coaching are not affiliated with any religion or denomination. They are based on universal values of awareness, growth, and transformation, accessible to everyone regardless of their beliefs.

17. Will I get guaranteed results?
Results depend on your commitment to the process. Coaching is a collaborative journey, your openness and action are what create transformation. I provide tools, guidance, and support, but your growth unfolds at your pace.

18. How do I get started and schedule a session? 
Simply fill out the Contact page form on the website. Once received, we’ll schedule a discovery call to explore your needs, answer questions, and see how coaching can support your path.

19. What does “The power is in me” mean?
It’s the mantra behind my philosophy. It means that within you already exists the wisdom, strengths, and light to transform your life. I’m simply here to walk beside you as you remember and awaken it.
